An Apple A Day...

The best  apple for making fruit plates or Waldorf Salad is the Cortland. Did anyone say Apple Pie?  If peeling apples is not your favorite, then Mutsu is your best pie apple.  What is your favorite apple? Mine is tart green apples dipped in carmel!
